CNC PROGRAMMING LABORATORY 1

cnc1_en.png

The CNC machine programming laboratory is used to educate students and carry out engineering and master's theses in the field of manual programming of Sinumerik, Haas and Heidenhain control systems. In the laboratory, students learn about programming and operation of Siemens, Haas and Heidenhain CNC controllers and Emco teaching machines. The laboratory allows for conducting didactic classes and diploma theses in the field of:

- manual programming of the Sinumerik 840D control system,

- manual programming of the Heidenhain iTNC530 control system in three programming languages: DIN/ISO, Heidenhain and SmarT.NC,

- programming and operation of the Emco Concept Mill 55 machine tool with the Sinumerik 840D and Heidenhain TNC426 control system,

- programming and operation of the Emco Concept Turn 55 machine tool with the Sinumerik 840D control system,

- programming of CNC machine tools in the MTS system,

- design and simulation of machining in the MTS system,

- programming and simulation of the Mitsubishi RV2AJ industrial robot,

- programming of an automatic production line consisting of a Concept Mill 55 milling machine and a Mitsubishi RV2AJ industrial robot with a loading and receiving station.
